Some blood tests (coagulation function, blood routine, thyroid function, etc.) and electrocardiogram should be done before surgery. Antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants, such as aspirin, warfarin, clopidogrel, etc. should be discontinued one week before surgery
Women try to avoid menstruation. If you have hypertension, try to control blood pressure smoothly.
Thyroid puncture needs to expose the neck, so it is best to wear clothes that are easy to open the neck, preferably without a collar, or clothes with buttons in front to facilitate the doctor's operation. Don't wear jewelry around your neck.
Try to avoid swallowing, coughing and talking during the puncture. Raise your hand if you feel uncomfortable. Don't speak until you have the doctor's permission.
