Shenzhen Manners Technology Co., Ltd. is an ISO/TS certified company, specializing in human medical products.

The products mainly include four categories: needle manufacturing, laser cut tubing, five-axis machining blade, and medical-grade visible trocar.

The company also provides design assistance, research and development, rapid prototyping, and project management services.

How we started

2002

In 2002, Shenzhen Manners Technology was founded with a strong commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and engineering excellence. We made CNC parts, such as automotive, optics, tools, etc.

2012

Since 2012, we started to transform into the medical industry, involving needles, trocars, surgical instruments, parts, etc.

2024

We have gradually expanded our product range to various medical specialties, including urology, gynecology, laparoscopy, orthopedics, dentistry, otolaryngology, etc.

Laser Cutting Hypo Tube

Our Laser Cut Hypo Tube serves for endoscopy, arthroscopy, orthopedic surgery and laparoscopy and other interventional medical applications.

The tubing from Manners Technology are typically made of stainless steel 304, 316 and Nitinol in sizes from 0.3 mm to 20 mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 0.06 mm to 2 mm, with fractional and custom drawn sizes also available.

Medical Needles

Manners Technology excels in producing a wide range of medical grade needles: Oocyte Retrieval Needle (both single lumen and double lumen), Biopsy Needle (for body soft tissues like breast, liver, lymph node & bone marrow, and etc.), Spinal Needle (style Whitacre, Tuohy, Sprotte, Quincke and etc.), Meniscus Repair Needle and other specialty needles.

CNC Machining Parts

Based on diverse surgical requirements, Manners boasts extensive experience in handling various materials: metal components utilize alloys like 304, 316L, L605, nickel-titanium, while plastic components use resins such as ABS, silicone, nylon, PC, etc.

We employ five-axis precision CNC machining services to process intricate metal parts and mold optical plastic components.
