(1) There are two main ways to drill in the mold parts:
One is the bit rotation, fixed parts do not rotate, such as in the ordinary table drilling machine, rocker drill, boring machine drilling;
Another way parts rotary and drill not rotary, such as drilling in the lathe, the two different drilling methods produced by the error is not the same, drilling in the drilling machine or boring machine, because of the rotary drill, so that the rigidity of the drill is not strong easy to deviate, by the center line of the processing hole offset, but the aperture will not change. The diameter of the drill bit is generally not more than 75mm, if the drilling is more than 30mm, through the use of two drill pins, that is, first with a small diameter drill bit (required to process 0.0.7 times the aperture size), and then with a suitable aperture drill for the second time until machining to the required diameter. In order to reduce the feed force, the drilling precision of the drill bit can generally reach IT11~IT13 level, and the surface roughness Ra is 5.12.5um.
