(3) Reaming hole is a kind of aperture machining method with a reamer to finish the unhardened hole. The machining accuracy of reaming holes can generally reach IT6~IT10 level, and the surface roughness Ra is 0.0.2um. In mold manufacturing and processing, generally with manual reaming, its advantages are slow cutting speed, not easy to heat up and produce chip tumor, cutting without vibration, easy to control the tool center position, so when the precision of the hole is very high, mainly with manual reaming, or machine tool coarse reaming with manual fine reaming. When reaming, the main points should be as follows: a. Reasonable selection of reaming pin hole allowance and cutting and specification; B. The reaming edge is smooth, which can improve the grinding quality; C. When reaming steel, an emulsion shall be used as the cutting fluid.
