The tube drawing process is the first step in making the EUS Biopsy Needle. Stainless steel tubes are drawn to meet the exact specifications, ensuring the right diameter and wall thickness. To improve its mechanical properties, the stainless steel is heat-treated. This treatment enhances both hardness and flexibility.

Once the tube is ready, it's cut to the required length for the EUS Needle. After that, grinding and sharpening refine the needle tip. Laser etching is then used to create the echo-tip design at the needle's end, which makes it easier to see under ultrasound. Finally, the needle undergoes electropolishing. This removes microscopic burrs and imperfections, ensuring a smooth, clean surface.
