In order to avoid these problems, the following matters should be paid attention to: 1. Reasonable selection of reamer and reamer dosage is the key to ensure the smooth progress of reaming. 2, improve the quality of the pre-processing process, to prevent the pre-processing hole row, oval, polygon, taper or bell mouth, waist drum shape, axis line bending, deflection and other phenomena. 3, keep the workpiece material hardness is moderate, especially for 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel, the hardness after quenching and tempering treatment in HRC28 is appropriate. 4, correctly install the reamer and the workpiece, the reamer must be installed correctly, the axis of the reamer should be consistent with the axis of the workpiece pre-machining hole, to ensure that the cutter teeth uniform cutting. 5, choose the right cutting fluid, can solve the problem of stainless steel chip adhesion, and make it smooth chip removal, so as to reduce the hole surface roughness and improve the tool durability. Generally, vulcanized oil is preferred. If 10% ~ 20%CCl4 is added to vulcanized oil or 20% ~ 30%CCl4 is added to lard, the surface roughness can be significantly reduced. Because CCl4 is harmful to human body, it is advisable to use a mixture of 85% ~ 90% vulcanized oil and 10% ~ 15% kerosene. When the diameter of the reamer is large, internal cooling can be used. 6, carefully pay attention to the process of reaming, strictly check the runout of the cutter teeth, is the key to obtain uniform hinging. In the process of hinging, pay attention to the shape of chips, because of the small amount of hinging allowance, chips are foil rolls or a very short coil. If the size of the chip is different, some is broken, some is small block, that is not even. If the chip is a spring, it shows that the hinged allowance is too large. If the chip is needle-like or splintered, the reamer has been blunt. It is also necessary to prevent chip clogging, and to observe whether there is chip sticking in the cutter tooth to avoid aperture out of tolerance.
