The examination items of kidney disease first include urine examination, including protein, hematuria, tubulotype, leukocyte, pyuria and bacteriuria, measurement of glomerular filtration rate, and generally blood drawing for further assessment of renal function. Imaging examinations include ultrasound, venous urography, ct, magnetic resonance, angiography and radionuclide examination. Radionuclide examination is mainly used to determine the function of phenol kidney and kidney biopsy. In order to make clear diagnosis, guide treatment or judge prognosis, renal needle biopsy can be performed in the absence of contraindications. Biopsies are helpful in determining the histopathological diagnosis of various primary glomerular diseases, and have important value in the assessment of renal impairment, active and chronic lesions in some secondary glomerular diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, as well as in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hereditary nephropathy, acute kidney injury and renal transplant rejection.
