What is the structure of horizontal CNC machining? What should enterprises pay attention to when using horizontal CNC machining?
Aug 01, 2021
Horizontal CNC machining generally means that the spindle is a machining center in a parallel state. Normally, CNC machining centers have 3-5 motion coordinate axes. Common machining centers are three linear motion axes plus one rotary motion coordinate axis. Most of the worktable in the center is square, which can clamp the workpiece at one time and complete the processing of all sides of the workpiece.
The basic structure of the machining center, then how to classify the structure of the machining center? There are various structural classification methods. There are two types of headstock position classification: headstock front hanging and headstock side hanging; classified by column: fixed column and movable column; classified by machine tool shape: : Two kinds of positive T and inverted T; according to the Z-axis feed, there are three types: Z-axis table feed, Z-axis column feed, and Z-axis ram feed.
CNC machining usually has three linear motion coordinate axes plus one table rotary axis. CNC machining can automatically select different tools according to the program after clamping the workpiece at one time, automatically change the spindle speed, and complete the processing of multiple faces in sequence according to the programming sequence. This type of machining center is most suitable for processing box parts .
1. Install CNC machining environment
CNC machining should be installed in a place far away from the seismic source, not exposed to direct sunlight, no heat radiation, and no humidity. If there is an earthquake source near the place where the CNC machining is installed, an anti-vibration trench should be set around the CNC machining. If the anti-vibration groove is not provided, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of CNC machining, and over time will affect the poor contact of electronic components, failures, and affect the reliability of CNC machining.
2. Strict control of voltage and current
Horizontal CNC machining is generally installed in the processing workshop, and the processing workshop has a large number of mechanical equipment, which will inevitably lead to large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position of horizontal CNC machining and installation must strictly control the voltage and current of the power supply. The voltage and current of the power supply must be controlled within the allowable range of CNC machining. The voltage and current of the power supply must be kept stable, otherwise it will directly affect the CNC machining. normal work.
3. Temperature and humidity will directly affect CNC processing
CNC machining generally needs to be in an environment below 30 degrees Celsius to work normally. Generally, exhaust fans and air coolers are installed in the distribution box of CNC machining to ensure that the electronic parts and central processing work at a constant temperature. If the temperature and humidity are too high, the life of the components of the control system will be reduced, leading to an increase in CNC machining failures for no reason. If the humidity increases, dust will increase on the integrated circuit board and directly cause poor contact and short-circuit failures.
4. Machine tool factory parameter setting
When using horizontal CNC machining, you cannot change the factory parameter settings of the machine at will, because these factory parameter settings are directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of CNC machining. Only the gap compensation parameter value can be set according to the actual situation. If you want to change the factory setting parameters, you should contact the manufacturer, and change the factory parameter settings under the guidance of the manufacturer’s technicians.
