If the bile is thick, normal saline or metronidazole can be injected into the gallbladder, and the bile can be extracted by diluting the bile. The PTGBD gallbladder puncture catheter drainage in this group was successful, the maximum amount of pus drainage was 160ml, and the minimum was 30ml. Bile is routinely checked and cultured, and the drainage tube is fixed.
