There are many methods of brachial plexus anesthesia, including the intermuscular sulcus method, the axillary method and the supraclavicular method, which are the three commonly used brachial plexus block methods. The location of the intermuscular groove method is mainly the anterior scalene and the middle scalene. After finding these two muscles, puncture and injection in these muscles can achieve the anesthesia of brachial plexus block. This method of anesthesia may not be very effective in ulnar block. Another method is supraclavicular anesthesia, supraclavicular method is mainly 1cm above the midpoint of the clavicle, puncture to the top of the bone, that is, the first rib, draw back bloodless injection of anesthesia drugs, which can achieve the effect of blocking the brachial plexus. There is also the axillary method, which is to feel the axillary artery pulsating at the top of the armpit, and puncture and inject liquid next to the axillary artery to block the brachial plexus nerve.
