Yes, IHC tests use animal tissue, such as liver and kidney slices from mice, or skin tissue from patients. Cell biopsies are done using viable cells, from murine laryngeal cancer cells to green short hymena cells and so on.

The former can be tested to identify parts of the tissue where antigens are being produced and where excessive immunity is harming the body.

The latter CAN judge NEGATIVE positive NOT only, ALSO CAN DETERMINE karyotype, judge illness according TO previous experience.
