Clinical experience of PPDO serrated wire combined with PPDO spiral embedding needle in subcutaneous lifting of facial skin

Clinical efficacy of PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO helix to enhance tightening by subcutaneous embedding. Methods from March 2014 to March 2017, 132 patients with facial skin tightening caused by subcutaneous cable lifting admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group and observation group, with 66 patients in each group. The control group used PPDO serrated line, the observation group used PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO spiral line, and the improvement effect of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The improvement rate of facial relaxation in the observation group was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.79%) (P0.05). Conclusion Subcutaneous embedding of PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO spiral line can significantly improve the facial condition and improve the overall aesthetic degree of patients, which is worth using for reference.
