Clinical application of serrated sutures subcutaneous needle in facial lifting

The serrated sutures in the superficial muscle aponeurosis system (SuperficialMuscularAponeuroticSystemSMAS) on facial ascension to improve the situation. Methods: From January 2015 to July 2016, 20 patients who received facial lift with serrated suture in our hospital were selected to conduct clinical evaluation on the improvement effect of facial relaxation. Results :18 patients showed obvious improvement of facial relaxation after operation, and satisfied with the postoperative effect, without nerve injury, obvious pain, paresthesia and other postoperative complications. Conclusion: The insertion of serrated suture into the superficial muscle aponeurosis system (SMAS) has the advantages of easy operation, less time, no obvious scar, obvious improvement of facial relaxation, short recovery time, less adverse reactions, less trauma to patients, and improvement of skin texture, which has great clinical promotion value.
