Clinical experience of PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO helix to lift and tighten subcutaneously

Objective To explore the clinical experience of PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO helix to lift and tighten subcutaneously. Methods from July 2016 to May 2017, 90 patients with facial skin tightening underwent subcutaneous embedding wire lifting in our hospital were selected. 45 patients were randomly selected as the observation group, and PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO helix line was applied in the other 45 patients as the control group, and the improvement effect was observed. Results The improvement rate of facial relaxation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was similar to that in the control group, with no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO spiral line can improve the surgical effect, effectively improve the facial condition of patients and improve the facial aesthetic degree in the operation of subcutaneous embedding to improve facial skin tightness.
