Clinical application of PPDO bidirectional serrated line subcutaneous facial lift

To evaluate the safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction of PPDO bidirectional serrated subcutaneous facial lift based on facial rejuvenation and correction of midface volume loss. Methods: 50 patients with mild to moderate facial relaxation were randomly selected for PPDO bidirectional serrated line subcutaneous facial lift, and the satisfaction of the patients was counted, and the safety and clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results: In this group of 50 patients, the immediate effect was obvious, 6 months after surgery, most patients (46/50,92%) still had obvious effect, only 8% patients slightly weakened effect, no obvious complications occurred. Conclusion :PPDO bidirectional serrated line subcutaneous implantation has definite effect in the minimally invasive treatment of facial rejuvenation, with high surgical safety, quick postoperative recovery, fewer complications and long-term efficacy. It is a treatment method for facial rejuvenation worthy of promotion and development.
