4. Local anesthesia is generally required during bone puncture, and lidocaine injection is generally used, which is not particularly painful.

5. Bone puncture can usually be completed in a few minutes to ten minutes. After the operation, you can leave the examination room and keep the puncture point dry and clean for 2-3 days.

6. Bone puncture is only the process of extracting bone marrow.
