First, deformation superalloy

Deformation superalloy is a kind of alloy that can be processed by hot and cold deformation, working temperature range of -253 ~ 1320℃, has good mechanical properties and comprehensive strength and toughness indexes, and has high oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. According to its heat treatment process, it can be divided into solid solution strengthening alloy and aging strengthening alloy.

1. Solid solution enhanced alloy

The operating temperature range is 900 ~ 1300℃, and the highest oxidation resistance temperature is 1320℃. For example, GH128 alloy, tensile strength of 850MPa at room temperature, yield strength of 350MPa; 1000℃ tensile strength is 140MPa, elongation 85%,1000℃, 30MPa stress is 200 hours, elongation 40%. Solid solution metal is usually used to make combustor, casing and other components of aviation and aerospace engines.

2, aging strengthened alloy

The operating temperature is -253 ~ 950℃. It is generally used for making structural parts such as turbine disks and blades of aviation and aerospace engines. The alloy working temperature of turbine disc is -253 ~ 700℃, which requires good high and low temperature strength and fatigue resistance. For example, GH4169 alloy has a maximum yield strength of 1000MPa at 650℃. The alloy temperature of the blade can be up to 950℃, such as GH220 alloy. The tensile strength of 950℃ is 490MPa, and the lasting life of 940℃ and 200MPa is more than 40 hours.

The deformed superalloy mainly provides structural forgings, cakes, rings, bars, plates, pipes, strips and wires for aerospace, aviation, nuclear energy and petroleum civil industries.
