Using atomized superalloy powder, by hot isostatic pressing molding or hot isostatic pressing after forging molding production process to produce superalloy powder products. Using powder metallurgy process, because the powder particles are small, cooling speed is fast, so the composition is uniform, no macroscopic segregation, and the grain size is small, the hot working performance is good, the metal utilization rate is high, the cost is low, especially the alloy yield strength and fatigue performance has been greatly improved.
FGH95 POWDER metallurgy superalloy, tensile strength 1500MPa at 650℃; It has a durable life of more than 50 hours at 1034MPa. It is a kind of disk POWDER metallurgy superalloy with the highest strength level at 650℃. Powder metallurgy superalloys can meet the requirements of high stress level engines, and are the materials of choice for high thrust-to-weight ratio engine turbine disc, compressor disc, turbine baffle and other high-temperature components.
