(2) Correctly connect and adjust the arthroscopy camera system and perfusion system, endoscope, camera, camera converter connector, cold light source of monitor, optical fiber bundle and other optical fiber cable, as well as perfusion channel and other devices, and place them on the instrument table in order according to the order of the instruments required for surgery. (3) Select the appropriate approach according to the needs of the surgical site. There are three approaches to the patella :① Anteromedial approach: make a small incision 1cm above the medial capsule next to the patellar tendon, and place the puncture needle into the articular cavity. ② External upper approach: A small incision was made on the lateral side of the quadriceps tendon, the upper part of the patella and the upper corner of 2.5cm each, and the trophin was inserted to connect the infusion bottle. ③ Anterolateral approach: make a small incision 1cm next to the patellar tendon on the lateral articular line and insert the arthroscopic trocar. The lens sheath was inserted, the arthroscope was placed, and the perfusion system was opened to irrigate the joint cavity, so that the operative field was clear. (4) according to the need of surgery plus incision under the arthroscope, and move on the body of patellar capsule, patellar joint, nest, the inside of the gap, the lateral clearance between condyle, lateral crypt and the order of the medial fossae inspection, and according to the operation needs to be done in the adhesion release, living tissue, according to the result of microscopy to determine operation method, and select the corresponding equipment.
