2. Patellar plasty:

3. Patellar resection:

If the patient is older, the symptoms are severe, the bone exposure area is large (more than 3cm), and the relative wear of the femoral anklebone cartilage is also large, patellar plasty cannot be performed, patellar resection may be considered.
