There are two kinds of copper commonly used for equipment materials, for the following reasons:
Brass brass is a material with good electrical conductivity, but it is prone to deformation and rapid fatigue after repeated bending.
It is usually used as a fixed contact in cheap connectors or as other metal parts in connectors. Connectors with brass contacts should not be used where excellent elasticity is required. Of course, because of its low cost, brass can still be used competently as a contact in many places.
Phosphor bronze - phosphor bronze has higher hardness than brass and can keep longer elasticity. It is often used as a material for contacts with operating temperatures below 300°C. The use of phosphor bronze ensures good reliability for most connectors with low insertion and removal frequency or with normally bent contacts. Beryllium bronze has far better mechanical properties than brass or phosphor bronze. Beryllium bronze parts can set and harden after annealing, effectively retaining their shape forever, and it is also the material most resistant to mechanical fatigue.
BTB connector with copper and gold can enhance the conductivity, BTB connector in the test needs to use the shrapnel microne module with stable connection function as a connection, mainly play the role of conducting current and transmitting signals. The shrapnel microneedle module also has a reliable response in small pitch fields and is highly compatible with BTB connector testing.
