When choosing the extrusion temperature, the mechanical properties of extruded products should be considered in accordance with the standard requirements. Some metals and alloys oxidize easily at high temperature, and the viscosity of some alloys to the extrusion tool increases with the increase of temperature. Such as red copper, white copper, aluminum bronze, etc., should be considered as far as possible to use a lower temperature extrusion. Some alloys, such as HPB59-1, have too long tail shrinkage and increased pressure residue when extruded at higher temperatures. When extrusion brass temperature is too low, the end of the product is easy to form a strip structure.
