Basic principle:

1. When the air conditioner works, the compressor in the outdoor unit compresses the refrigerant, turns the refrigerant into liquid and releases heat from the gaseous refrigerant. At the same time, the liquid refrigerant enters the condenser (radiator) of the outdoor unit and the heat generated during compression is discharged to the outdoor space by the fan, so that the refrigerant becomes a low temperature liquid.

2, after coming out from the condenser, through the relatively thin pipe connected with the indoor and outdoor machine (called the high pressure pipe), into the evaporator of the indoor machine before the "capillary" (also called the throttle), out of the capillary into the evaporator of the indoor machine.

3. Because the volume of the refrigerant after entering the evaporator "suddenly" becomes larger, so the "high pressure state" of the refrigerant also "suddenly disappears". At this time, due to the reduction of the pressure, the refrigerant rapidly vaporizes and absorbs a lot of heat around the evaporator (the principle of vaporization and heat absorption).

4, because a lot of heat around the indoor machine evaporator is absorbed by the refrigerant, so rely on the fan in the indoor machine can blow the "cold air" to the indoor space, to achieve the effect of refrigeration.

5, from the evaporator of the indoor machine, with a certain indoor "heat exchange energy" (indoor heat) of the "low temperature, low pressure" refrigerant through the internal and external machine connected with the relatively thick pipe (called the low pressure pipe), again into the compressor of the outdoor machine.
