4) Piston rod
The piston rod is the most important force component in the cylinder. Usually high carbon steel with hard chrome plating or stainless steel is used to prevent corrosion and improve the wear resistance of the sealing ring.
5) Sealing ring
Rotary or reciprocating motion parts of the seal is called dynamic seal, static parts of the seal is called static seal.
The connection methods of cylinder and end cover are mainly as follows:
Integral type, riveting type, thread connection type, flange type, pull rod type.
6) The cylinder should be lubricated by the oil mist in the compressed air. There are also small parts of lubricating free cylinders.
