Trial cutting method: The test cutting method refers to the processing method of continuously measuring the size of the processed surface during the processing of the part, and adjusting the position of the relative working surface of the workpiece accordingly for trial cutting until the dimensional accuracy requirements are reached. This method is the earliest processing method used to obtain the dimensional accuracy of parts, and it is also one of the main methods commonly used to obtain high-precision dimensions, which is mainly used for single-piece small batch production.
2, adjustment method: adjustment method refers to the test cut workpiece size, standard parts or knife block and other adjustments to determine the exact position of the relative workpiece positioning benchmark, and under the condition of maintaining this accurate position unchanged, a batch of workpieces processing method, mostly used in large-scale mass production, in the rocker drill machine with drilling machine fixture processing hole system is this method.
