1. For multi-channel multi-layer welding of stainless steel pipe fittings, arc back welding method is used, and arc pit should be filled when the arc is closed. It is not allowed to do arc striking or arc striking on the base metal surface of pipes and fittings. If the air holes, cracks and other defects are found at the arc or arc starting place, they should be handled in time.

2. When using positioning welding, the inside of the weld shall be protected by argon filling.

3. Ordinary grinding wheel cutting can not be used to cut the pipe of stainless steel pipe fitting. Special grinding wheel or plasma is needed to cut the pipe.

4. Pickling and passivation of stainless steel pipe fittings after welding.

5. During lifting, materials should not be in direct contact with other metals. Non-metallic materials such as padded boards or rubber sheets are required.
