The pipe expander, also known as the pipe expander, is a tool for expanding the pipe orifice into a flared shape for the connection of threaded joints, or expanding one of the pipe orifice into a cylindrical shape for the connection between pipes, so that the two pipes can be easily brazed.
When in use, place the copper pipe in the fixture hole of the corresponding pipe diameter, tighten the fastening nut on the fixture, and clamp the copper pipe. The height of the bell mouth should be 1/3 higher than the hypotenuse. Screw the expansion cone head on the screw, together with the bow frame fixed on both sides of the fixture, slowly screw screw, so that the cone head into the tube, expand the tube mouth, until expanded into a bell shape.
