ptc stands for percutaneous cholangiography, phenylthiourea, plasma thrombinase, factor 9, positive temperature coefficient; Positive temperature coefficient thermistor; percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PT).
1. percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC):
Puncture needle with plastic tube sheath or Chiba fine puncture needle is used to puncture the intrahepatic bile duct from the right midaxillary line or anterior path under the supervision and guidance of X-ray TV or B-type ultrasound instrument. Then contrast agent is injected into the intrahepatic bile duct to clearly show the location, extent and scope of the lesions in the bile duct, which is helpful for the identification of jaundice.
