The injection point of the facial nerve block is located at the end of the anterior edge of the nipple and the posterior edge of the mandibular branch, or 0.5cm in front of the mastoid tip, that is, it is pierced vertically below the external auditory canal. After touching the anterior edge of the mastoid process, it turns inwards and pushes 1.5cm along the bone surface, that is, to reach the cervical foramen for injection. Anesthetic is injected to treat the spasm of the facial nerve. Facial nerve spasm can be relieved, and the patient's spasmodic pain can be relieved. Facial nerve block mainly includes the following three stages:
First, before the facial nerve trunk plexus mastoid foramen penetrates into the parotid gland, this section is mainly a facial nerve block, which can be blocked by the main trunk of the facial nerve.
Second, the part of parotid gland, this part can form the temporal, zygomatic, buccal, mandibular margin and neck branches of five groups, the five groups of branches for anesthesia blocking nerve block.
Third, after the facial nerve through the parotid gland part, can dominate this area, used to treat hemifacial spasm
