Poor glue viscosity - generally the needle used is relatively small, the air pressure required is relatively small, and the dispensing time can be set as required.

Generally speaking, the selection of the dispensing needle should be from small to large, the dispensing efficiency can be from fast to slow, and the air pressure setting is also from small to large. In particular, the glue with good fluidity can be selected first by the thin needle, and then gradually increase the air pressure, and the speed is from fast to slow.

Choose according to the special properties, viscosity, and chemical properties of the glue:

UV glue: Can use amber barrel, white piston and bevel needle to choose, of course, other types of needles can be used on request, and can also be customized to complete the required needles.

Quick-drying glue: For glues with poor glue viscosity, safety pistons and Teflon-lined metal dispensing needles can be used. For quick-drying glues, they must be applied to tapered and inclined needles. If there are special needs, they can also be applied to pp needles.
