Animal needles are used to inject 0.5 to 2 ml subcutaneously or intramuscularly according to individual size.

Chinese medicine available bupleurum injection, curative effect is good. It IS not NECESSARY to inject antipyretic drugs for the sick dogs whose body temperature is not much increased. Oral human cold medicine can be used, and the dose is 1/4 ~ 1/2 of that of adults.

For sniffles, sneezing sick dogs can be subcutaneously injected with 0.5 ml (5 mg) of permin. 2 to 5 mg dexamethasone can be injected intramuscularly to dogs with rough breath sounds, blister sounds or severe cough.

Serious cases should be treated with intravenous infusion, 10% glucose solution can be used to add penicillin, dexamethasone, vitamin C together intravenous drip.
