Our filter needles are designed for multi-dose IV vials. The 18-gauge (1 1/2") needle includes a 5 micron filter to minimize the possibility of particle distribution.

The special sintered design of the filter can not only retain the particles on its surface, but also in the entire sponge-like structure. Since the filter is stainless steel, it will not fall off, so no extra particulate matter will be added to your solution.

Each filter needle is individually sterilized. The tamper-proof heat-sealing cap keeps the needle sterile. The device can only be used when the lid is thermally fused.
