1. The operator must be trained by professional dispensing machine course system, and be able to fully grasp the operation rules and key points of dispensing equipment.

2, the dispensing machine machinery and the dispensing machine table should maintain a stable state;

3. The room where the dispensing machine is placed should be kept dry and ventilated, to avoid dust entering, but also to prevent electric shock of the control cabinet;

4. Before work, be sure to check whether the button of the cleaning pump is open and whether the water outlet of the pump well is connected with the water source;

5. All mechanical transmission parts in the dispensing machine need to be coated with lubricating oil;

6. The total mechanical gas of the dispenser needs to be kept above 0.6mpa pressure;

7, the dispensing machine in the case of not working, should be kept open once every two days, to avoid raw material crystallization;

8. The outlet filter of the raw material bucket of the dispenser should be cleaned and replaced regularly;

9. The residual glue in all parts of the mixing gun of the dispensing machine should not be scraped with a blade, but should be cleaned after soaking in water;
