The wear or blockage of the needle of the dispensing machine has a particularly important effect on the quality of the dispensing. The temperature is high or not cleaned for a long time, the glue is cured or semi-cured, and the high thermal conductivity glue is easy to dry, which is very easy to make the dispensing head blocked.

Cleaning method: Soaking the needle in a compatible solvent is a common method. The solvent can be toluene, alcohol, acetone and so on. It is too inefficient to remove all uncured material by soaking only. High-pressure spray with compatible solvent can be used to blow the glue out of the inner hole of the needle, and then blow the inner hole with dry compressed air to allow the needle to dry.

Commonly used tools, air gun, some fine tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, fine diameter of 0.15mm, sufficient funds can be prepared for an ultrasonic cleaning machine.

Note: Do not wash the glue after it dries. Regular maintenance is key. Cleaning solvent as far as possible to use green solvent, with toxic volatile solvents will cause pollution to the environment, is not conducive to human body fitness.
