The distance between the dispensing needle and the circuit board LG/inner diameter of the needle BH

This is the most important parameter when dispensing. If the distance LG between the needle and the substrate is not correct, the operator will never get the correct dispensing result. In the case of other parameters unchanged, the larger GF, the smaller the glue point diameter DB, the higher the glue point height H, the smaller BH, the larger the glue point diameter DB, the lower the glue point height H. The distance GF between the needle and substrate is calculated from the inner diameter of the needle BH. The smaller the inner diameter of the needle, the more important the distance between the needle and substrate becomes.
