In the whole experimental system, the choice of nozzle is very critical. Since molten cast wax is highly viscous, it needs to have extremely high flow in the nozzle. With reference to ton o dispensing needle, the dispensing needle can meet the requirement of uniform glue output. In this experiment, the Musashi integrated dispensing needle is used.
Used for precision dispensing of anaerobic materials. A SUS guide prevents vibration in the needle tip.
