【Criteria for diagnosis of chronic leukemia】

1. Clinical manifestations:

A. There may be fatigue, decreased physical strength, weight loss, low fever, anemia or bleeding.

B. There may be lymph nodes (including head and neck, armpit, groin), liver and spleen enlargement.

2, Laboratory examination:

A. Peripheral blood WBC>10×109/L, lymphocyte ratio ≥50%, absolute value ≥5×109/L, the morphology is dominated by mature lymphocytes, and immature lymphocytes or atypical lymphocytes can be seen.

B. Bone marrow: active or significantly active bone marrow proliferation, lymphocytes ≥ 40%, mainly mature lymphocytes.

In fact, bone marrow aspirate is not necessary. Generally, it can be judged if most of the conditions cannot be met. Bone marrow aspirate is of course an indicator of diagnosis, but clinically, it can generally be judged based on experience.
