In the event of total spinal anesthesia, artificial respiration should be administered immediately, fluid infusion should be accelerated, and vasoconstrictor drugs should be administered intravenously to maintain normal blood pressure. If cardiac arrest occurs, cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be performed immediately. Precautionary measures include: before injecting the drug through epidural and transcatheter, the drug should be withdrawn after there is no cerebrospinal fluid backflow; first, give the test dose of 3-5 ml and observe for 5-10 minutes.
