It is easy to accurately place and locate, reduce the time of image irradiation, shorten the operation time, establish multiple sampling channels, avoid the pain caused by multiple body surface puncture, and reduce the possibility of needle transfer. The typical use of a coaxial positioning needle is a CT-guided biopsy to reduce the risk of pneumothorax. However, the front end of the needle sheath is polished and there is a groove on the needle core, which enhances the visibility under ultrasound. It is suggested that puncture of other parts under ultrasound guidance should also be routinely used.
Methods of using coaxial positioning needles

Prevent rotation of biopsy needle/gun after insertion of coaxial positioning needle; Play the overall function. The outer diameter of the needle is only 1G larger than that of the biopsy needle, reducing the risk. The needle body is 5cm shorter than that of the biopsy needle of the same model. Because the needle handle is 3cm, and the biopsy needle receding 2cm after winding, it is fully matched with the biopsy needle of the same model, which does not hurt the tissue and can prevent the needle channel transfer.
