When there is gross hematuria, prolong bed rest and drink water. Generally, gross hematuria disappears within 24 to 72 hours, and vasopressin can be used for persistent severe gross hematuria.

2. Possible complications: hematuria; perirenal hematoma; infection; damage to other organs (liver, spleen); kidney laceration, etc.;
