1. If the blunt needle cannot enter the vein smoothly, check the position of the patient's arm and hand and the puncture direction recorded on the evaluation record sheet. It is necessary to ensure that the implementation of the puncture and the record are always consistent.

2. If the first blunt needle cannot be successfully placed into the vein, the second needle should be replaced when the puncture is re-attempted. Do not use the same puncture needle repeatedly to puncture.

3. If the second blunt needle still cannot be successfully inserted into the blood vessel, it is recommended that the nurse who established the tunnel use a sharp needle to puncture to complete the treatment.

4. Except for a few operators involved in tunnel establishment, it is not recommended for others to puncture the tunnel with a sharp needle. If a sharp needle puncture is performed by a nurse who is not involved in tunnel establishment, it should be at least 2 cm above the original buttonhole location. If there is no space above the buttonhole position, you can use at least 2cm below the buttonhole position.
