4. During the puncture, tighten the skin at the lower end of the vein with the left thumb to fix it, hold the syringe with the right hand, the needle slope upward, the needle and the skin are at an Angle of 20 degrees, Pierce the skin from the upper or side of the vein, and then Pierce it stealthingly along the vein direction.

5. See return blood, confirm that the needle has been into the vein, can be injected into the vein a little, loosen the tourniquet, ask the patient loose fist, fixed needle, slowly inject liquid medicine.

6. In the process of injection, if the local swelling and pain 'indicates that the needle slides out of the vein, the needle should be removed to replace the site, and re-injection.

7. After the injection, press the puncture point with a sterilized cotton swab, remove the needle quickly and ask the client to bend the elbow and press for a while. Cleaning products.
