Spinal puncture is also known as lumbar puncture and lumbar puncture
The puncture needle should enter the subarachnoid space through the skin, subcutaneous tissue, supraspinous ligament, the interspinous ligament between the spinous processes, the ligamentum flavum, and the epidural space (including the internal vertebral venous plexus, dura mater and arachnoid membrane) in turn, and be located between the cauda equina nerve roots. When the needle passes through the ligamentum flavum, the physician can feel a breakthrough.
Subdivided subcutaneous tissue: superficial fascia, deep fascia
