Processing technology of bend tube

Elbow and elbow are common pipe parts. Do you know the bending processing of elbow? Bending machining is a method to further improve its performance advantage after production. 1. Stamping method: enlarge the tube end to the required size and shape with the conical core on the punch.

2. Roller pressing method: put the core into the cylinder.Push the outer wheel to process round edges.

3. Balloon Method:

(1) Put the rubber into the pipe and extrude the upper part with a punch to make the pipe protrude and form.

(2) hydraulic bulging, the liquid is filled into the middle of the pipe, so that the pipe expands into the desired shape.Most bellows are manufactured in this way.

4. Rolling method: generally without mandrel, suitable for the inner edge of thick-walled pipe.

5. Forging method: extend the pipe end or parts with a die forging machine to reduce the outer diameter of the pipe fitting.Common forgings are rotary, connecting rod and roller.

6. Bending forming method: it can be divided into tensile method, stamping method and rolling method, including 3-4 rollers, 2 fixed rollers, 1 adjusting roller, adjusting roller spacing and finished elbow.

Unlike the straight pipe, the bend pipe has more functions because of its curved shape.To meet the demand, manufacturers often process different types of pipes to improve their quality.
