Preoperative preparation of pericardial puncture needle

1. Dignified appearance, neat dress.

2. Before the operation, the basic information of the patient should be understood, the purpose and necessity of pericardiocentesis should be explained to the patient or his/her family, and full understanding and cooperation should be obtained. The consent of the patient and his/her family should be obtained, and the operative consent should be signed.

3. Patients are advised not to cough or take deep breaths during the puncture process, and patients with nervous state can take diazepam (diazepam) 10mg or codeine 0.03g half an hour before surgery.

4. Limb lead ecg monitoring.

5. Prepare sterile pericardium puncture kit, sterile rubber gloves, sterile gauze and tape, sterile cotton swabs, 2% lidocaine injection or 1% procaine (skin test required), 2% iodine or iodor, 75% ethanol, treatment plate, gentian violet, sterile collection bottle, etc.
