Needle biopsy needle for pulmonary nodules

In physical examination, the patient found a nodule in the upper lobe of the left lung near the chest wall, which required puncture biopsy to determine the benign and malignant.

1) The patient underwent plain scanning in supine position, and the position, Angle and depth of the lower needle were determined through the fault map and positioning grid;

2) Scan and monitor the position of the needle after placing the needle, and measure the distance and Angle from the target position;

3) Adjust the length and Angle of the needle according to the measured value, avoid the structure of blood vessels, bones and nerves, and enter the center of the nodule.

4) The puncture gun core was updated, and the biopsy tissue was cut out and stored in 95% ethanol specimen bottle;

5) After the puncture needle was removed, plain CT lung scan was performed again to confirm no pneumothorax, bleeding and other complications.
