PPDO needle engraving for correction of poor appearance after hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty

Methods and indications of PPDO line carving for correction of poor appearance after hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty. Methods: This group of 16 cases, male 2 cases, female 14 cases, all hyaluronic acid injection rhinoplasty after the appearance of poor performance. Local anesthesia was used to make 3 small needle-knife incisions at the tip of the nose to extrude most of the hyaluronic acid. The nasal column of the tip was shaped with 3 PPDO nasal augmentation wires, and the lower end reached the nasal crest of the maxilla. In the back of the nose, 5~10 V-shaped wires were inserted into the subfascia and subcutaneous layers of the back of the nose through the "Pin" incision. Water was not stained for 3 days after the operation, and nasal tip should not be stressed for 2 months. Results: All patients were followed up for 2 weeks to 6 months with satisfactory results. Conclusion :PPDO nose augmentation line combined with V-shape line can correct the poor appearance after hyaluronic acid nose augmentation with good effect and simple method, which is worth popularizing.
