Clinical application of absorbable plastic lifting band combined with PPDO in lower and middle face facelift

This paper introduces a minimally invasive middle and lower face facelift, an absorbable plastic lifting band (microlatin) combined with absorbable protein line (PPDO), which can improve the deep nasolabial groove, skin and deep facial soft tissue relaxation and sagging. Methods: SMAS deep dissection was performed, the zygomatic fat pad was picked up and fixed on the deep temporal fascia with moderate traction backward and upward. Results: A total of 87 patients were followed up for 3 months, and 2 of them showed bilateral cheek asymmetry. The other patients were satisfied with the effect of wrinkle removal. Conclusion: A new absorbable soft tissue lifting band (microlatin), made of a biodegradable biomolecular substance, polylactic glycolic acid (PLGA), can increase the local soft tissue volume while reducing the anatomical position of deep facial soft tissue. The subcutaneous implantation of absorbable protein line (PPDO) can better stimulate the skin to secrete collagen, so that the skin can achieve bright, firm and elastic effects, and the rejuvenation effect is more obvious and lasting, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
