Although myelocentesis is an invasive examination, it has no significant damage to the body and does not require special care because of its simple operation, less extraction of bone marrow fluid and little pain for the patient. For those with weak constitution and bleeding tendency, the following measures should be taken after examination. 1. Hemostasis: Generally to pressure hemostasis. 2. Bed rest: After the examination, there will be slight pain in the piercing area. The patient can rest in bed for one day and limit the movement of limbs, and then return to normal. 3. Prevention of infection: Local tissue is strictly disinfected during puncture. Keep the skin of the piercing area clean and dry. Replace the covered gauze when it is wet with blood or sweat. Pinhole appears red, swollen, heat, pain, available 2% iodine tincture or 0.5% iodophor and other local smear, 3-4 times a day. If accompanied by systemic fever, you should contact the doctor, according to the appropriate choice of antibiotics.
