Percutaneous trocar biopsy of bone tumor

[Objective] To report the results of needle biopsy of 171 cases and discuss related influencing factors. [Method] Preoperative needle biopsy for bone tumors was performed using cannula biopsy, and the results of needle biopsy of 171 cases of bone tumor patients were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] 171 cases 155 cases were positive by needle biopsy, the positive rate of needle biopsy was 90.64%, 122 cases were diagnosed with gross specimen pathology under surgical treatment, 98 cases were diagnosed accurately by biopsy, the accuracy rate was 80.33%, and 5 cases were misdiagnosed. The total number of malignant tumors was 110. Needle biopsy has a sensitivity of 95.41% and a specificity of 100%. [Conclusion] Needle biopsy is of great value for the preoperative diagnosis of bone tumors.
